Swedish Massage
This European technique uses long, fluid strokes to calm the body, settle the mind and restore lost energy. Our therapists can use gentle, soothing techniques to emphasize relaxation and also deep tissue for those who need more. Designed to melt away stress and ease muscle fatigue with pressure that varies from light to firm according to your sensitivity and preference.

Prenatal Massage
A relaxing treatment tailored specifically to alleviate the physical discomfort and fatigue during pregnancy. Trained therapists adjust their techniques to help improve circulation, diminish back and hip pain, relieve headaches, reduce leg cramps and swollen ankles and promote overall relaxation. The expectant mom will be fully supported with pillows to allow for side-lying positions and by the end of the session feel soothed and rejuvenated.

Warm/Hot Stone Massage
A therapeutic treatment utilizing the application of hot basalt river stones of varying sizes applied to key points on the body to create improved circulation and deep relaxation.The penetrating effects of the heated stones allow the massage to be delivered without excessive pressure. This treatment is not recommended during pregnancy or post surgery.

Relaxation Massage Therapy (non RMT)
A relaxation massage helps de-stress and loosen up your body. The treatment consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at your chosen pressure. We incorporate hot and warm towels with this treatment.

Reflexology (RMT)

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet, hands and ears, to help you feel better. It can help ease stress and help your body work better.

Indian Head Massage
An Indian head massage stimulates the flow of blood, lymph and oxygen in your upper body, and therefore may clear your sinuses, relieve stress and help you sleep better. It may relieve aches, pains and tension in your neck, back and shoulders, improve the texture of your hair and encourage it to grow.

Aromatherapy Massage
Add aromatherapy essential oils to your massage and experience a new level of results. Can be added to any of our massages with the exception of prenatal. An additional $5 charge to your regular massage treatment.
